ONSITE IT ensure we are at the other end of the phone or most commonly these days can remote control your PC or Server, making things as easy for you as possible. Having someone there and to guide you couldn’t be easier.

Although we are happy to provide our customers with Ad-hoc support we always recommend our customers think about a service agreement, this enables us to build a knowledge of your systems, reducing the time taken to resolve issues.
With an OFFSITE IT service agreement you will get regular advice and help, and we have the opportunity to enhance the efficiency of your systems.
OFFSITE IT SERVICE
For Ad-Hoc Support our technicians can either visit your premises (Travel time applies) or you can bring the equipment to our fully equipped workshop.
Wherever possible all charges will be detailed prior to commencement of any work.

Our rate for Ad-Hoc Support service office hours support start from just is £60 + VAT per hour
Our normal office hours are 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
Support can be provided outside these hours by prior arrangement
